Between Weathers Director Jim Brown “I am delighted that Kennedy is joining us.  We have done a lots of work together in television and I couldn’t ask for a better person to be by my side.  I am very excited about Kennedy working with the great Shetland musicians, I think that together they will produce something very memorable and very special.”

Kennedy ” I’m very much looking forward to working with Jim and the B4films team on Between Weathers. We are lining up a stellar team of Shetland based musicians and singers who will bring a contemporary feel to the traditionally-rooted music we want to use to enhance the atmosphere and underpin the characters in the movie. The sound track will be exciting and unique, but very definitely respectful of the great Shetland fiddle, guitar and vocal traditions. I’m sure there will be many challenges facing us along the way, but with the levels of talent and expertise available, I’m sure something very special will be created to compliment this important picture.  I am also very excited, as I know Jim is about working with the people at the new recording facilities housed at the Mareel.”
